The house has 3 bedrooms distributed in two independent apartments. The 2 bedroom apartment is located in the first floor, both rooms are acclimatized. It has a bathroom with 24 hour cold and hot water service, a safe, 110 and 220 electric connections and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a terrace adorned with exuberant tropical plants where you can find a table to enjoy your dinners and breakfasts in a welcoming and private ambiance. You may also sunbathe in loungers.
In the back there is another terrace prepared for the washing and drying of clothes.

The fact that I returned since 2008 every year says everything. “Las Terrazas” is in the heart of the city, in a very popular barrio , because the apto don’t face the street its a great place to rest. It is close to everything : landmarks, lots of places to eat and drink nearby, shoppings etc. The landlords Jose and Karelia are a wonderful couple, trustful, friendly , sympathetic and uncomplicated discreet.They are always available to to help you and give you advise.
I will always come back there !

Las Terrazas, la casa de Jose Pluma es perfecta para estar en el corazon de la vida Cubana. Cerca de los lugares mas interesantes, Malecon, Habana vieja, Vedado, Casa de la Musica, tiene todas las condiciones y hasta una terraza inmensa donde coger sol y compartir con amistades. Por 3 dias o 1 mes, es el LUGAR….
Una casa muy agradable. cerca del malecon y de la Havana vieja, ha sido para nosotros una possibilidad de ir a todos los sitios muy rapidamente. ademas los duenos nos han permitido de conocer la verdaderad Havana y no solo la de los turistas. seguro que volveremos a esta casa.
J’ai adoré découvrir la Havane avec ce charmant couple. Je me suis sentie chez moi et si je venais à y revenir je n’irais pour rien au monde autre part pour me loger. Oubliez les hôtels. Vous ne trouverez pas meilleur confort que les chambres qu’ils mettent à votre disposition. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal. Pour moi qui aime particulièrement marcher, ce fut un véritable bonheur. Je vous recommande ce petit coin de paradis.
